MPAA's Still Afraid of Dick!

I just had to add this 'cos it underlines a whole column I wrote for Malamute's The Dog Pile a way back when. I've now decided they're not just homophobic (the MPAA made Cronenberg completely cut a very brief man-o-mano kiss in 1996's Crash) but I'm now thinking they're a bunch of ninety-year-old shrivelled prudes with willies the size of peanuts. I mean, Ewan's ain't that big and Christ knows we've ALL seen it what with Trainspotting and Pillow Book.

The decision has angered McGregor, who previously appeared naked in Trainspotting and The Velvet Goldmine, and who told Premiere magazine, "If you want to see my penis [in Young Adam], you'll have to fly to Britain."
